Allright, so I have something really important to talk about. A friend and I have come up with an idea that could potentially change people's lives, this country...hell, maybe even the world.

In times like this when the economy is crap, and people are having a hard time finding anything to believe in, isn't it time we found something to make us happy, and help each other out?? What would you say if I told you I had just a solution???

Basically, here's what you do: Do something nice or kind or selfless for someone else. Every day. For a year. Then you document it in a journal every day. Write about what you did, how it made you feel, etc. Now keep in mind that this is not a regular journal. You don't write about your life or anything like that, just what you did.

So here are the rules:

1. You are only allowed to tell ONE person.
2. You should write every day for a year. (A page a day, or as often as you can for a year.)
3. You should address it to someone you care about,( example: Susie, today I did <enter good deed here> for a total stranger) and when the year is done, show it to: the person it's addressed to and the ONE person you told. (Make sure they are two different people.)
4. You can make your act as little as a passing smi9le to brighten a sad friend's day or giving away something you care about to doing something REALLY MEANINGFUL!!!
5. MAKE SURE that the one person you tell ACTUALLY FOLLOWS THROUGH!!! If it takes telling 5 people before you get one who actually follows through, then only the person who follows through counts as your one person.

I know it sounds daunting. You're probably thinking "I don't have the money" or "I don't have the time" or "I'm just one person". ONE PERSON IS ALL IT TAKES!!! If those are the only excuses you have, then you're pathetic. This is a challenge!!! I know that!!! But isn't that what we all live for!?

JUST TRY IT!!! It will make you feel better, and you could EASILY change someone's life. Give it a chance, and together, (I know, the cliche of the century) WE COULD CHANGE THE WORLD!!!!!

The only reason I said to only tell one person is because we're not doing this for fame, or money, or attention. We're doing this to help other people, and to stop being such a selfish freaking country. It's not that hard.
